About Servet

The person behind Harmonical Life

Compassionate, practical support shaped around each young person and the world around them.

Meet Servet

Holistic support rooted in compassion and expertise

I am a Children and Young People Mental Health Practitioner with over 10 years of experience supporting children and young people, including those with autism, ADHD, additional needs and emotional or mental health difficulties.

My experience includes working alongside families, schools and multi-agency professionals to support children and young people who may need additional help, care and understanding.

I have a particular interest in mindfulness, creativity and emotional wellbeing. I have experience using mindfulness with both young people and adults to encourage relaxation, self-awareness and emotional balance.

As a Fine Art graduate and practising artist, I also believe that creativity can be a powerful way to express feelings and explore emotions. My approach combines my professional experience with mindfulness and creative activities to provide a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where individuals can feel heard, understood and encouraged to be themselves.

At Harmonical Life, my aim is to help children and young people develop greater self-awareness, confidence and emotional resilience, while discovering positive ways to understand and manage their feelings.

A warm, welcoming consultation room

“My goal is to make every young person feel seen, heard and valued — exactly as they are.”

Who I Support

Support for every stage

Support is available for children, teenagers and young adults up to the age of 25, particularly those experiencing difficulties with emotional wellbeing, anxiety, stress, confidence, self-esteem or everyday challenges.

5–11

Children

Supporting younger children through emotional difficulties, behavioural challenges, school transitions and building early foundations of wellbeing and resilience.

12–17

Teenagers

Working with teenagers navigating anxiety, identity, social pressures, academic stress, social media and the complex emotional landscape of adolescence.

18–25

Young Adults

Supporting young adults managing low mood, anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem and developing practical emotional tools for independent life.

How Support Works

A clear, collaborative way forward

The process begins with a conversation and develops around the young person’s individual needs, strengths and circumstances.

  1. 01

    Free initial conversation

A short conversation to discuss your concerns, ask questions and consider whether the service may be suitable.

  2. 02

    Understanding needs

Building a clearer picture of the young person’s emotional wellbeing, strengths, difficulties and support needs.

  3. 03

    Personalised support

Identifying practical strategies and an approach suited to the individual’s circumstances and goals.

  4. 04

    Review and next steps

Reviewing progress together and discussing continued support, signposting or referral where appropriate.

This support does not provide an NHS diagnosis or replace an NHS assessment. It helps families understand concerns, identify appropriate next steps and communicate their needs more clearly when seeking further support.
